With Datarosa, you can find an email address and phone number of any professional with the best deliverability rates in the industry. We created a Chrome extension to make it easier to find contact information from LinkedIn so that you can get emails in bulk from LinkedIn search.

However, there was one challenge our users were still facing. After extracting the contact information from LinkedIn, while they got verified data, they still had to manually upload the data file (.csv or .tsv) into their emailing solutions.

Datarosa is eliminating this problem by allowing product integrations on the platform. While it will be possible to integrate Datarosa with all emailing solutions in the future, we are starting the integration with Lemlist.

Lemlist is one of the most preferred tools when it comes to sending automated cold emails with optimum personalisation. It offers a host of email templates for each stage – sales, follow-up, backlink generation, sourcing, and much more.

Datarosa allows you to directly and quickly push the data it finds through LinkedIn into Lemlist, removing the need to enter the entire information again.

How to Integrate Datarosa with Lemlist

Datarosa can be integrated with Lemlist in a few uncomplicated steps.

Step 1:

Login to your Datarosa account and go to the Settings page.

Click on the Integrations tab above once you are on the Settings page.

The page will display your existing integrations with any external tools/software with an option to Update or Delete them from your Datarosa account.

Step 2:

To add a new integration to your Datarosa account, click on ‘Connect’. You’ll see a dropdown with the name of tools that Datarosa presently has the capability to integrate with. Currently, we have integrations with Lemlist, Woodpecker, Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Freshsales, which is to say that it allows you to work with almost every major email sending and CRM tool in the market.

Now, click on ‘Lemlist New’ to add your Lemlist account to Datarosa. When you click on the tab, you’ll be asked to enter the Lemlist New Key.

To get the key, go to your Lemlist account and login to see your campaigns.

Step 4:

Once you are logged in, click on ‘Settings’ under the ‘Composer’ tab on the top left screen.

The Settings page holds your account information in terms of teams, billing, limits on the account as well as the current integrations.

On the Settings page, click on ‘Integrations’, the last tab on the left menu.

The Integrations page displays the tools Lemlist currently works with. Once you scroll down, you’ll see your API key that is used to access your Lemlist account while integrating with other tools.

Step 5:

Click on the ‘Show’ tab next to ‘Your API Key’ and then copy the key to use it on Datarosa.

Go back to your Datarosa account and input the Lemlist API Key in the open tab. Once done, click on ‘Submit’.

Step 6:

Click on ‘Select Your Lemlist Campaign’ and select the campaign under which you want the contacts and email IDs to be exported to Lemlist. Here, as you can see, the campaign being selected is ‘2018 us campaign’.

Step 7:

Once you have selected the Lemlist campaign, go to ‘Contacts’ from the left menu panel and select the contacts you want to export to the email tool.

After selecting the contacts, go to the ‘More’ dropdown on the top right and click on ‘Push Selected to Lemlist’.

Before clicking on this, though, go to the same campaign on your Lemlist account and confirm that you don’t have these contacts there.

Once you push the selected contacts from Datarosa to Lemlist, wait for a few seconds and then refresh your campaign page on Lemlist. The contacts are exported within seconds and will appear on your campaign page on Lemlist.

All details that were captured by Datarosa, including social media URLs, designation, phone number, email address, etc, are all pushed to Lemlist.

One of the coolest and most important aspects of tools like Lemlist is that these are multi-channel tools, which means you can reach out to your prospects using not only just email but also phone numbers, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Datarosa fits aptly in such a framework since it offers all these vitals for a particular contact. It gives multi-channel data for the same user.

On Datarosa, you can apply a ‘Filter’ from the main menu on the contacts page to choose which information to export.

Since Lemlist uses all types of validation, you can select all and then push the contact list to Lemlist.
