Datarosa helps you find email addresses and phone numbers of professionals to build and develop business relationships. If you are a salesperson, it’s likely that once you have found their contact details, you are going to add them in your CRM as prospects or leads for further communications.
For the last couple of months, we have received a lot of feedback from our users to build integration with other tools used by sales and marketing teams to boost their workflow. We have taken that feedback and built integrations with tools like Lemlist, Salesforce, Woodpecker, Hubspot and more.
If you use Pipedrive, we have good news for you. We have recently built an integration with Pipedrive.
Pipedrive is a CRM focused for the sales team to manage leads and deals, track communications and automate all the repetitive tasks so that you can focus only on selling more. Learn more about Pipedrive here.
Datarosa allows you to directly and quickly push the data that you find through LinkedIn into Pipedrive, removing the need to enter the entire information again manually. Thus automating an important and time-consuming task.
Why we integrated Pipedrive with Datarosa?
The integration between Datarosa and Pipedrive is made to help you get started in Pipedrive right after you push the contacts with this integration. Here’s why this integration is so useful
- Save time by automatically uploading contact details in bulk to Pipedrive
- Create a new organization profile in Pipedrive completely with the data you found through Datarosa.
- If an organization profile already exists, the new contact data will be merged into the existing organization
- Push the data to Pipedrive in a single click and start managing your leads and deals immediately.
This incredibly speeds your workflow and improves the efficiency with which you build a pipeline of solid deals to work on. Let’s see how it works.
How it works
Login to your Datarosa account and go to the Settings page.
Click on the Integrations tab above once you are on the Settings page. The page will display your existing integrations with any external tools/software with an option to Update or Delete them from your Datarosa account.
To add a new integration to your Datarosa account, click on the ‘Connect’ button. You’ll see a dropdown with the name of tools that Datarosa presently has the capability to integrate with.
Currently, we have integrations with Lemlist, Woodpecker, Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Freshsales, which is to say that it allows you to work with almost every major email sending and CRM tool in the market.
Now, click on ‘Pipedrive New’ to add your Pipedrive account to Datarosa. When you click on the tab, you’ll be asked to enter the Pipedrive New Key.
To get the key, log in to your Pipedrive account first. Head over to the account settings on the top right corner.
Under the ‘Personal preferences’ vertical tab, click further on the API horizontal tab like shown in the screenshot below.
Copy the key in ‘Your personal API token’ as shown above and go back to your Datarosa account and input the Pipedrive API Key in the open tab. Once done, click on ‘Submit’.
Step 4: Next, you’d want to match the Pipedrive fields to the Datarosa fields so that the data can be pushed correctly into the right fields.
To do this, click on ‘Select your Pipedrive field’ once the integration is ready.
Now, you’ll be able to see all the Pipedrive and Datarosa fields in a pop-up. Match the fields by selecting the right fields from Pipedrive.
As you can see, in this example, we have a Datarosa field called Email Status that is matched with EMAIL_STATUS field in Pipedrive. This means that any data in Email Status field in Datarosa will be pushed to the EMAIL_STATUS field in Pipedrive.
Similarly in this example, all the data in Linkedin URL field in Datarosa will be pushed into the SOCIAL PROFILE URL field in Pipedrive.
Once you have matched the Pipedrive fields, go to ‘Contacts’ from the left menu panel and select the contacts you want to export to the email tool. You will also notice a small Pipedrive logo next to the contact has now appeared.
After selecting the contacts, go to the ‘More’ dropdown on the top right and click on ‘Push Selected to Pipedrive’ button as shown below.
Once you push the selected contacts from Datarosa to Pipedrive, you can go to Pipedrive and find the contact in your CRM.
And that’s all you need to do to integrate Datarosa with Pipedrive.
If you’re using Pipedrive, we highly encourage you to integrate Datarosa with your account. This will boost up your lead generation workflow and you’ll be able to quickly start working on your pipeline.
